A New Way to Trap Pantry Moths

I think we have all experienced the annoyance of a pantry moth infestation -- the larva infiltrate your home via grain items like rice, flour, cereal, birdseed. Then suddenly they are everywhere, flying about, getting into everything. But more than a few have met a bad end at my Mom's house: the grease crock:




It reminds me of insects caught in amber:

Maybe if you bury the crock of grease for a few million years, future scientists can clone dinosaurs from the moths! Wait, that doesn't make any sense ...
